This is how I see it so please do your own research. I say how this works is also because of my own research in wanting to know how the mind works. I want to know so I can have control over my own mind.
It all works as 1-Thing but to see how it works we sometimes have to look at it in all its parts.
This is how I see it.
I don’t believe that the brain/mind works in brain tissue only. seriously all the workings of the brain and mind working by chemicals moving around the cells and interstitial fluid is record speed to give us thinking and perception etc.
There is a working relationship between the brain and the mind.
The mind is an electromagnetic phenomenon working off the brain. It is this that tells me that the brain-mind is working as a dynamic energy movement between the brain/mind processing and integrating information.
This to me is an illustration of the mind:
All the mystical experiences of the past by the mystics and via meditation it has said that the mind can stop all thinking in the mind. It is a state of being in the mind called “Sunyata.” The mind is also known to end and disappear and return with no memory of where it had gone. This start/stop process of the mind suggests that the mind is a phenomenon working OFF the brain.

all neurones are generate an associated energy field, known as an electromagnetic field or em field. This field contains precisely the same information as the circuitry that generated it.

So the electromagnetic (EM) nature of the mind is working together with the brain and seriously just common sense these are not static energy fields creating perception in us. There must be a dynamic energy process between the brain and the EM mind that is generating perception for us.
There will be a feedback/feedforward process between the brain and the EM mind. Some aspects of science tell us that in the universe the double torus is prevalent in many aspects of the working of the universe, infolding and unfolding within itself and processing and integrating information.
This energy profile is present in many areas of nature. This is even a black hole profile over the Universe and how mass and the EM spectrum was created at the singularity.
