The counter spiral.
Have you come across the concept of the counter spiral. One side of the spiral being the problem and the other side the solution. They both meet at the center where the answer to the problem is located. The counter of the problem comes from a point of unknown to the problem and through an experiential knowing with time comes to see the answer of the problem, when they both meet in the middle. I think any problem can be solved this way with awareness and observation of the mindbodysoul. Keeping at it and not running away from the problem. Living in the center of the problem so you encounter it daily until you see it. In that understanding comes freedom where the problem will never come up again as it has been completely internalised. This is something that Jiddu Krishnamurti talked about a lot. Keeping the problem close to you for if you forget it might show itself again, and again, and again…. Understanding it and “seeing” it is important. Sometimes it can take a lifetime to see all and some say many past lives, as you keep coming back because you have not understood all yet. At the end, its Nirvana, as it is with case of Buddha. One can somewhat sense it is not the external world that has to be “seen”, but the reaction of the mind to it.
Even creating the shadow,
and capturing it so you can see it better:
Finding art forms and the “new” in art, is like life itself, looking for the tip of the spiral where learning stops and all is known by just being from then onwards. It is like you are looking from the apex down into the past which exists only in fragments, yet from the apex you see clearly where all is known.
So trying to find the solution in today’s technological world, the shadow does not exists alone like it did before. Today there are more added intangibles to the equation. New ones synthetically made and they exists beside the natural elements and look like them, but by the sense of it being synthetic in function, they have a kind of regiment to them, a repetition to the way they exists. And these synthetic elements interact with the mindbodysoul to bring further fragmentation and chaos to it. The body is like an aerial.
I noticed in the space I use a lot at times something of an intruder. It is an invisible thing I cannot see but I know it is there because it interacts with my mindbodysoul. It causes the tinnitus in my ear to sing a song in my head louder when it is present. That shows it sits above the normal natural elements that also surround me. So I am trying to climb the counter spiral in my mind, from the wide base of ignorance of the unknown, and finding my way slowly to the apex.
What is this I don’t see that disrupts my melatonin production in my brain such that it affects the working of my body clock. How do I capture its shadow so I can see it.
You use a frequency meter:
392 mhz 406 mhz 425 mhz
I only had to scan 6 ” on either side of the center to get these 3 readings.
These are the frequencies of the Tetra signal? I am assuming it is, as I need to look closer at the signal. The signal is designed to have certain characteristics to it so one can recognise it if you get to see it. The tetra signal is known to pulse at about 17.6 hz. This is the frequency the brain waves operate at. It is like a finger print, a designer signal, when you see it you know it.
This is a normal sine wave signal with a tone:
These are the frequencies I detected above with the frequency meter: it is different from the sinewave and it pulses.
This is an example of a tetra signal picture found on the internet for comparison.
Above is the sound of the 4th signal down from the graphics above. You can almost hear the pulsating tone in the seemingly continuous tone of the signal.
You can see the peaks of the signals here:
393 Mhz
403 Mhz
425 Mhz
So what are the frequencies that are used by Tetra:
“For civil systems in Europe the frequency bands 410-430 MHz, 870-876 MHz / 915-921 MHz, 450-470 MHz, 385-390 MHz / 395-399,9 MHz, have been allocated.”
This is a tetra mast.
They can also be on the top of buildings.
The tetra signal pulses at about 17.7 hz from the graph below:
The brain functions at the following frequencies:
17.7 Hz comes between 14 to 40 Hz which is the frequency of the wakefullness state of our brain. The modulated pulsing signal can interfere with the brain function:
This property of the Tetra signal can alter your thinking and hence your perception. Your sense of creativity can be affected. Just making sure my work is my own.
Leaping into the void and into darkness so there is “freedom from the known” and the condition mind.

you are in or you are out
At the least this is more enlightening than one of these reality TV stars,
kim who? Joey what?
