Human modulators do exists, but I think it is only recently they are beginning to recognize their potential. You will find that human modulators are a new evolutionary breed of human potential. They stand apart from the normal crowd in that they can communicate with their surroundings, the ether, the get coupled to the magnetic fields of everything that the city is made off and through tonal modulations in the background are able to influence people. As more and more magnetizes get together and form a community you will find that the group will start to shape the future to anything they want it to be following their empathy for society and guided by their conscience. They do not think with their physical minds but rather with another invisible force of nature.
As in all things great and small there are so called bad modulators and so called good modulators . I say so called, because one is never certain what is right and what is wrong in this new future that is being created ahead of us. Basically good modulators have lots of empathy in them and more or less the protectors of society while the so called bad ones who think that society is like a video game and they try and see who they can destroy like it was a game for them.
Not all modulators are natural modulators . In evolutionary terms, natural modulators have come up the evolutionary cycle. Artificial modulators are normal people who use technology to mimic the natural modulators and also manipulate the environment in almost the same way but they don’t have the power to create any significance goodness to the future of society because their minds are not the same as the natural modulators . Natural modulators are such because they have come to it through the evolutionary process in mind and physical body to have a higher potential in themselves and have come to realize they have a purpose to protect and nurture.
The future belongs only to the naturals as they are part off and made by the Cosmos and the synthetic world with its players have no part in the future of the universe.

OR be a cosmic mind,
one needs to switch off the thinking mind with “Speak Thinking”, stay in “choiceless observation”, awareness etc, hence creating a silent mind and with time bring in the “intelligence” or the cosmic energy and use the cosmic mind to think, rather than your own mind. There is no right and wrong or this and that with cosmic thinking.
There is just one caveat here you need to consider with the advent of the synthetic consciousness because of the technological advances, the feedback that you get now needs to be filtered. This will perhaps show us new potentials to the human mindbodysoul.
