Like I have explained in many previous example there is an emergence of community stalkers to use very simple methods to stalk neighbours sometimes for the fun of it and also to see if they can drive them out. Living at home with with no reason for going out of the home and usually communities that are supported by the state who are confident of their situation at home. Ironically they are state sponsored mischief makers. The state gives them all the time by providing them a home and living expenses to indulge in the dark web activity which they find themselves drifting into with time on their hands. The smaller players would connect to the public stalking their communities through mobile phone applications and the more robust players would extort and indulge themselves on the darker side if life’s activities.
This article is for some of the methods used for local shenanigance. But local shananigance can also have a dark side to their activities which can be many. The so called simple methods used by them comes with an undestanding of what they are doing. Their methods are group organised at times well organised criminality of the local community which get out to the public with innocent play using messaging to support their activities. The public can get duped into supporting their activities because they think it is innocent play but they are playing with a criminal fraternity as they get pulled into the web and then become targets in the future themselves. They is a kind of innocence portrait by this community but to only extend their state sponsored income. It is a naturally progression of a situation that one find themselves in like a 15 year old hacker passionately studyng the structure of the net and having done so finding loopholes then entering the bank for some money. It is almost the same here but in this case it is people involved, finding a loophole or a possession like a home they can get into for some added income. Methods used can be by remote ultrasound keyboard logging for passwords to get into bank accounts, mind stalking them out of their homes so members can them come in and buy cheap when occupants leave. The community can look to make their money legitimately but it would have come by silent unseen methods to get the results.
Some of simplest methods that they would use is by using the infrastructure of your homes. Firstly there need to show you that you have to keep silent for their methods to work. The well organised types would who have been doing this for a while will have all the neighbors involved on all sides. Now having acclimatized your mind to your space now it is time to get into your minds for the shocker. They do this well because remember that they are part of a criminal organisation to extort. Their methods are well studied and many and vary in the type of technology that they use. The group is not just the neighbors involved but they extend out into a criminal organisation they belong too to operate fully.
What they know is this: that the only way they can get into your mind is through your 5 sensors: Hearing, sight, taste, touch and smell. Through your 5 sensors into your mind. Their group is wide and varies in their competence. It is like you going for an apprentice job and you are thought all the nuts and bolts to a business. It is the same here all those involved would have been trained in the methods they use by the organisation. The organisation acts like a terrorist group but here they use silent technology to get results. There are no guns involved as all their methods are silent and non visual. They could easily be connected to each other as a funding part of the violent side of taking over countries with the pretense of establishing a religious state but really they are a a criminal organisation. You can think of many in the past. Like the “Tigers” of Sri Lanka where at one time had even established their own banks in the parts of a country that they took over with violence. Then there is the present ISIS in the Middle East. Notice how they always turn up one way or another in an organic soup of the living population a clandestine network of the criminal types, well structured, of varied capabilities just like the law abiding normal living part of society, you get this pop-up or criminal activity. So this activity you see around you in normal society extends deeper into the “dark web” to couple with their more violent partners.
Back to this article, the perps know that the way to get into your mind is through your 5 sensors. There know that they can do this is by operating at the edges of their operating frequencies. Their easiest entry point is through your hearing. You hear between 20 hertz and 20 kilo hertz frequency.
At the lower end you get in through low frequency sound or through the low pitch “hum” and at the upper end they get into your mind through the high pitch modulating tinnitus sound.

If you use a vibrating thumper speaker on the walls of your home to make the walls of your home the speaker and generate a modulating hum as speech when you hear it it will sound and feel like it was your own thinking. Better still if it comes in silent sound vibrating hum and unheard, the ears will pick it up and the brain will process it and then make you think it like it was your own thinking but really it is an external rogue signal that has got into your brain and you think it is your own. The police which usually consists of the lower end of the educated spectrum will find all this hard to understand and going to them will always results in an easier way out of all of this as is in your mind. In a sense it is that. I think the problem is getting so widespread in many countries that there is a business that could be set up to investigate this effects and reports created for the police to help them understand the problem better. Realtime monitoring etc will always find the problem as the processes have physicality in them.

What are the acceptable limits for LFN?
There are no acceptable limits as such. This is because disturbance depends not just on level but on a variety of other factors such as the character of the sound and background noise. Salford University with funding from DEFRA (Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs) has produced a guidance document to assist Environmental Health Officers to assess complaints about LFN. The guidance takes the form of a procedure to determine whether a measured sound could be the cause of disturbance or not.
Doesn’t the complainant just have tinnitus?
Not usually. Tinnitus is a ringing noise in the ears and in some ways its effects are similar to LFN. However, studies have found that most LFN sufferers do not have tinnitus, or if they do that they can hear the LFN separately to the tinnitus. So tinnitus and LFN are separate phenomena and tinnitus cannot explain the majority of cases of LFN.
