Can we start first with what is Tinnitus?
The word ‘tinnitus’ comes from the Latin word for ‘ringing’ and is the perception of sound in the absence of any corresponding external sound. This noise may be heard in one ear, in both ears or in the middle of the head or it may be difficult to pinpoint its exact location. The noise may be low, medium or high‑pitched. There may be a single noise or two or more components. The noise may be continuous or it may come and go.
And even if you don’t hear the noise, I gather that the process of tinnitus is still ever present in your ears/head – just that you don’t hear it.

They are saying that there is an increasing amount of ultrasound that is coming out of public buildings. I don’t know why they are surprised at this because there is a concerted effort in governments making this happen in certain countries while introducing new types of bulbs (CFL and LED) and some types of fluorescent bulbs while introducing new government policy facing out the old style filament bulbs because they are inefficient. Seriously when does one face out a light bulb which emits hardly any ultrasound to a bunch of new types that emits loads of ultrasound and collectively can act as a giant ultrasound speaker if powerline technology is used to modulate these ultrasound signals. An CFL bulb that emits a unheard ultrasound tone if modulated will create a subliminal pressure wave in the air and what’s more it will also create a subliminal tinnitus tone in your ear.
This is an ultrasound recording from a CFL bulb using an ultrasound microphone. I could not hear this tone without the ultrasound microphone but it will be in the air and it will generate a tinnitus sound in your ear/head and if you modulate the tone using powerline technology (the bulb acting as a speaker) you have a subliminal message making its way into your home where the source will be anybody’s guess.
The city’s bright lights and infrastructure will turn out to be the tools of the future for the massive mind control of the people who live in it.
