No. We are seeking what already exists in the Brahman repository. Universal Mind and the Brahman repository accessible via the silent mind. The self-talking thinking mind is only of chaos in mind. There are many ways to tell this story but the end path is only one that leads to the Truth of things.

There are other scoop-add-water-and-drink before sleep supplements in the market now. Like this Fade out. When winter comes the lack of light and hence melatonin levels in the blood might be non-existence. Then sleep patterns start to run around the clock and it becomes anytime fall asleep time in winter. This winter sleep pattern becomes very tedious and difficult to deal with as many examples on the net will tell you BUT you learn from them and try and find a solution for oneself. Doctors are reluctant to prescribe sleeping tablets where lights out might be instant but feeling out of it the next day need another prescription from the doctor.

Look at this “FADE OUT” also a vitamin-based sleep supplement that is somewhat similar to the “sleeper” above but with a difference:

If you compare ingredients of both sleep and fade out you will find that 5-HTP is missing here in fade out. 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) will go on to produce serotonin which is great for a good mood and a clear mind when you get up in the morning. If it was allowed to continue in its pathway it will go on to produce melatonin from the serotonin hence essentially reducing the good mood serotonin in the blood and I think that is why they add melatonin in these supplements hence maintaining the serotonin just elevating mood levels.

Comparing the ingredients: Fade Out have a higher dose of the same vitamins. The knock out dose is GABA – 3 grams when in the Sleeper is about 1/2 a gram.

So I decided I wanted the good mood in the morning and also sound sleep and I experimented with mixing these 2 supplements and it worked for me but it might not for you so one needs to take advice from your Doctor perhaps to embark on correcting your sleep anomalies. I found if I took a 3/4 scoop of the Sleeper and about a 1/4 scoop of the Fade Out it worked well for me. But you might want to test your preferences. I think the 1/4 scoop of Fade Out gave me that extra bit of higher doses of GABA and the others in it to bring on the sleepy mind.

Most of the vitamins are to help you relax and dampen down your nerves and call an end to the day. If you continue to stare at your phone or your TV screen or your computer after taking the supplements, the light from it is just going to start processing your melatonin and taking out of your system because melatonin in the body firstly does not last very long and only accumulates natural in the dark and it has this relationship with light through your eyes to control its levels in your body.

What a good way to have the vitamins also work for you to regenerate your body while you sleep and to take it one step further, perhaps this the time to also take the other vitamins you have on your counter to help your wrinkles disappear and your skin glow during the night while you sleep. How does consciousness couple itself to the brain?

Our whole living space is made up by taking what is in nature and amplifying it. The natural low power electromagnetic radio waves have a more robust twin that is doing the same thing that nature was designed to do. What do you think is going to happen?

When we isolate our minds from the unseen and rely only on observation and verbal thinking which tends to make illusions of what is the Truth of things then knowing our place on earth and the universe is not known.

There is more to this than just knowing our place in the Cosmos. If what connects the brain to the rest of the universe is just the same as what we had taken from nature and enhanced them to create our living space then those radio waves on steroids are also going to interact with us. I think if we knew what was happening here between consciousness and the brain, we would be more in tune with the Universe. We would see better how we could be ONE with the Universe. At present we think that the brain is everything and anything, with thinking and memory all in it and we are completely isolated from the natural in us and the unseen world. The mystical scientists are not saying that anymore. They can even tell you how the brain couples up to consciousness. Are we surprised when it is just elements of nature?

What will such a mind contaminated with the other amplified version of nature do when it creates itself into everything it does – chaos. When a mind is in chaos it creates and translates chaos into the infrastructure of society. It cannot do otherwise. The cityscape is nature on steroids and we are in it.

So what is happening in that gap between the brain and consciousness:

Let’s see why this is important with the research done today on the coupling between the brain and consciousness.

It has been suggested many times over through the years that memory is in the ether (circled above). The brain processes and also couples with consciousness. So how does memory update itself if it is outside the brain? So we see what they are saying about what is happening between that gap between the brain and consciousness. It is like that gap between the nerve cells where they communicate with each other using chemicals, called neurotransmitters. But between the brain and consciousness is an air gap and on top of that consciousness could be safely thought as a form of energy or a modulating waveform of energy that might already be part of the fabric of the unseen part of the universe and perhaps it might not even be separate from our stored memory in it. Then how is the brain communicating with the memory repository across this gap?

Hence it travels forever but carries information with it to update the personal memory that it had received from your brain and that is how one’s memory is updated and not just that but when it updates your memory it is also considering to be updating the universe at the same time. It sweeps across everything in the Universe carrying information and updating it as a kind of evolutionary process. Constantly changing and updated, never the same at any moment but still unchanging and omnipresent in the sense that its balance is maintained by its Karmic drive and the properties of the unchanging “solitary waves” which permeates IT.

The God in GOD Universe. Hence this is where the: we are ONE with all and functioning as ONE in the Universe. The mystics knew this from hundreds of years ago but it would have taken the scientist to do some calculations and make some measurements to tell us this might be true. The Mystics knew how to travels down their mind spaces and come up against IT and felt IT in their quiet presence and hence knew about IT. “I don’t mind knowing about the mystical nothing” and the Universe.

Talking to Brahman

Talking to Brahman – Is it possible. It would be so cool if we could. Anything we needed to know we could ask Brahman and we would not have to think anymore for ourself.

But we first need to get to the silent mind state – this makes sense as we are not going to get through by verbal thinking ourselves through it.

We need to clear the verbal thinking barrier first and into the silent mind state.

In the silent mind space with no verbal thinking, there will still be intuitive thinking and a kind of pictorial thinking. This stage of stopping verbal thinking is a lot easier that one might imagine. Verbal thinking is simply that you have to silently talk about what you are thinking for you to think at all – so stop the simultaneous self-talk and verbal thinking stops. The mantra here is a physical mantra of reminding one to stop your vocal cords from working when you want to verbal think about something. The thinking as you know it stops instantly. You can do this anytime. No need for cross-legged meditation for this to happen. It is a walking talking everyday activity meditation to stay silent in mind. That is what is helpful about this technique. You do not need to set a quiet time aside to get to a silent mind. It is possible to have it all the time.

So now one is left with this mind space with just intuitive thinking and a kind of picture thinking. What I found is if one can remain in this mind space long enough without getting back to verbal thinking this intuitive thinking and pictorial thinking will also disappear to leave a no-mind state.

And as one acclimatises to this mind state and observes it one will find that there is a sense of knowing that emerges. A train of “thoughts” passing through with a sense of knowing and a lot quieter than the intuitive thinking earlier before it. This sense of knowing will also take a few days or perhaps a week or two if one remains in it without bringing on verbal thinking to generate noise in the mind again – the magic is, one will find that with an intention in mind one can have a conversation with the source of these train of “sense of knowing” thoughts. Is it just me or are we having a conversation with the “intelligence” of Brahman itself or with its repository where everything already exists and we just found a way to access it?

The Brahman Age of Aquarius

Actually this is a great question. It is like the ultimate realisation question. It can only be asked of someone who has embarked on a journey of the mind and come to it and lived in it and returned to tell us about the experience.

I am interested in this case as to what Brahman might be in terms of its place in the whole. There is Brahman/Universal Mind and nature and us and everything else like photons protons atoms and all.

It is when I read this from Quora that something just poped-up in my mind:

“Advaita states that the observation process is independent of the observer and the observed and affects them both equally.”

Basically, Brahman created and runs the software and IT sits back and watches the simulation. Is that how it is?

If Brahman is in charge of the processes of everything that goes on in the Universe and hence in that sense it is all a process of Brahman. Yet Brahman could very well be unthinking in nature so it uses Krama to drive this process. If Brahman has “intelligence” as Jiddu Krishnamurti seems to think it has when he tunes up to it in a no-mind state – that would mean that Brahman created the software but does not get involved. He just stands back and watches NI (Natural Intelligence) creates its thing naturally.

This is what AI (Artificial intelligence) software engineers are trying to do and not very successful. Try to write software for the Karmic drive of the Universal mind must be almost impossible especially when they take all their insights from their past and their own experiences and from verbal thinking.

So what I am fascinated about is just this: Is this just what our minds are: we are just replicating out the environment and living spaces and cityscapes all according to how our mind is structured at the present state of evolution – which is still a strong verbal thinking mind.

The city is like nature on steroids. Around a natural thing called the planet earth with its own natural laws we are placing an infrastructure made from verbal self-talk thinking and placing it on top of something natural with its own laws and trying to live on it and waiting for the next storm to come by and take it all away.

So just to keep at this: The mind just has no choice of its own. We seem to be replicating something of the Brahman simulation here on earth. The mind is constantly sensing something in the ether and manifesting it and think that is all new to itself BUT is REALLY manifesting something that already exists in Brahman but is trying to REPLICATE it here on earth for us and in other ways also replicating it in the Universe.

So are we all trending towards the Brahman state of Mind? We are trending towards IT by sensing the process IT has created for ITself. Brahman runs a simulation it has created so we progress towards IT and finally become it – in MIND! That is what IT wants.

We have no choice. The natural forces are too strong to buck the trend. We are heading towards Brahman Space Of MIND.

Age of Aquarius:

When does the Age of Aquarius begin? The Age of Aquarius begins when the March equinox point moves out of the constellation Pisces and into the constellation Aquarius. When will that be? There’s no definitive answer. Various interpretations give different answers to this often-asked question.

The cycle of precession lasts 25,800 years.

Nobody knows when it starts but some have suggested that it has already started in 2012 and other it has been here for centuries already:

If we are going by observation then there is already a sense of a shift in the world today but then there is going to be a battle sometime between the Brahman simulation/natural-in-us and the cityscape I think unless we can find a balance for both to survive. If not it is going to be a case of the beginning is the end and the beginning again until we learn our lesson that Brahman rules the Universe:

Compassion in the Mind

 

Where is compassion in the Mind?

I want t try and answer this in relation to the different mind-spaces we have. Where in the Mind is compassion possible. In which mind space in an individual does one think that compassion will be given half a chance to flourish.

Experientially, there are mainly 2 main mind-spaces. The noisy chaotic mind and the silent mind but within these 2 main spaces there are about 4 different types of thinking processes. Any of this can be confirmed by you as I think they are common to all of us.

The noisy chaotic mind is run mainly by what we can call verbal-thinking. This process in thinking has an anomaly in it in that we have to silently speak what we are thinking for us to have to think at all. If we don’t silently also speak what we want to think then we cannot think at all and we enter a silent mind space. What happens if we remain in this silent space long enough we will notice that there are also 2 other thinking processes that are in existence: the pictorial thinking and intuitive thinking. There is a 4th mind space that is in existence when all else disappears and that I call the divine mind speaking via a subtle form of intuitive thinking which one can communicate with an intention in mind.

Cross-legged meditation with a mantra can help you find these mind-spaces for confirmation or you can use that anomaly in verbal thinking to enter that silent mind state by preventing your vocal cords from working when you want to verbal think about something hence stopping the verbal thinking thought process in its tracts.

In which of these mind spaces can compassion in the mind flourish?

Is it in the self-talk thinking mind space? The spinner of psychological thinking of this and that. That master who is the creator of confusion and chaos. The cities we live in is a real reflection of our mind. Both same thing/think but looking different. The infrastructure we built around us was built by the self-talk thinking mind. The mind of imagination perhaps but precisely why it created a living space that was built out of illusions and lies created by the self-talk thinking mind. It takes a fact from natural law and twists and turns it beyond recognition and creates a space for us to live in. The financial snakes and ladders and our cityscapes are all really nature on steroids. Hyped up from the natural and presented to us from the self-talk thinking mind. So from this chaos does one think that compassion can come into being if we spend all our time in this mind space?

So what do we do: our mystics from the past and mystical scientist of today are starting to show us that there are other mind spaces we need to explore. But there is a barrier that we have to cross.

We have to pass that barrier of verbal thinking and enter the space of the silent mind. And within the silent mind, there are also different spaces that have to be discovered. Intuitive thinking and pictorial thinking still persist and then gives way to a no-mind state with just a sense of knowing and with an intention in mind to communicate with the Universal Mind. The silent mind is a non-interactive mind space. When verbal thinking has been discarded to the periphery all the mind spaces that you experience in complete silent are all non-interactive mind states. What you see and experience cannot be altered and hence they all remain factual and dependable and possibly all from the repository of the Universal Mind or as some have put it from the “intelligence” of the Universe.

Only here in this state of silent being can one through one’s own mind truly see what it means to be compassionate to the other. Here everything that was previously in your frontline of one’s mind has disappeared. Psychological thinking has gone. Illusions are not made anymore to confuse you and to create hate in you out of a lie made by your mind, as the mind becomes only one of receiving information from the Universal repository. The ego of individualism has melted away. And here you are connected to everything else is the Universe, one with all, with a sense of knowing that you are now not just only you, but part of all. Now you realise that when you are loving all, you are really loving yourself. Compassion for all is easy from this mind space and one experiences it and sees it and remembers it and one takes it back to the normal frontline of the working mind – and you are not the same again and you bring the experience to the real world.

Karmic Balance

Is Karma a force in its own right. Does it help maintain the balance in the Universe?

The world of Maya changes continuously because the divine Lila is a rhythmic, dynamic play. The dynamic force of the play is karma, an important concept of Indian thought. Karma means “action”. It is the active principle of the play, the total universe in action, where everything is dynamically connected with everything else. In the words of the Gita, Karma is the force of creation, wherefrom all things have their life.

Unseen forces in the Universe manifested on earth. 

Creating of opposites is a reflection of an unseen play of forces in the universe.

Karmic force is a kind of opposing force.

It contributes to the balance of the torus around the earth. The imbalance is created by us.

 “The causality is said to be applicable not only to the material world but also to our thoughts, words, actions and actions that others do under our instructions” 

I thought I could find a compelling argument that the Karmic forces are part of this collection of forces that also help to keep the pattern in the universe in balance:

The electromagnetic forces play a big part in unifying us. Perhaps consciousness itself is an EM force. These photons I gather might also play a big part in coupling the brain to consciousness. 

All a matter of cause and effect, as in the words of “The Voice of the Silence”:

“Learn that no efforts, not the smallest—whether in right or wrong direction—can vanish from the world of causes. E’en wasted smoke remains not traceless. . . . In the “Great Journey,” causes sown each hour bear each its harvest of effects, for rigid Justice rules the World. With mighty sweep of never erring action, it brings to mortals lives of weal or woe, the Karmic progeny of all our former thoughts and deeds.”

Perhaps the best one can do is to get embedded in some sort of a big picture which we think is to a certain extent factual and in our daily life’s try and prove it to be true or not. Meet it head on with some knowledge and filter ourself’s via the silece of mind into the unseen in us and in that way becoming a complete entity, tangible and intangile:

While the tangible has advantages, it is the intangible that makes it useful, points out the Chinese Master Lao Tzu, writing in the Tao Te Ching in the 6th. century B.C. 

Maat: they, the Egyptians, all felt that there is another at play which we could not see.

From the Mul Mantar, the first few lines from the Sikh prayer book, recited every morning:

One creator, 

name is the Truth,

the “being” is,

without fear, 

without hatred,

timeless form,

unbegotten, 

self-existent,

known by the Guru’s grace.

True at the beginning,

true through the ages,

is yet true,

and always will be true. 

Is this what God looks like:

Just thinking aloud. Karmic forces. This and That. Good and bad. Apple and oranges. Drives the earthly forces. Maintaining balance with its play of energies.

Can the Self be both Individual and Universal?

Yes, but we can separate the different mind spaces of the self, and see each mind space for what it is and for what they can do and then see if they can all work together at the same time, or not?

When the individual uses verbal thinking to spin a fact out into an idea then one is being individual. Personality is created by this same process and we are all individual in that way. Subjectivity has an individual element to it as we like and see and perceive according to our own past experiences. Creative thinking comes under the umbrella of verbal thinking – initially seeing a fact and spinning it into an idea and manifesting it and presenting it to an audience. Basically all made up stuff by the mind.

All the above is different from facts. Facts are part of the Truth of things. Natural law emphasises the Truth compared to the “lie” or illusion that is created in us by verbal thinking. We need to know and see that this is this and that is that. Not so much as one is worse than the other. When you see the difference one can see how when you take a whole bunch of illusions and put them together and then live in it there might just be a tipping point to this house of cards. One cannot create a life around a set of lies both externally and also in one’s mind. Something just does not feel right about me making this claim or being dogmatic about it, but also the statement about the illusions created in our mind and then making them real and calling it the real reality of things also seems the right thing to call out as a lie and that is they are just illusions and not real and everything that is made from this lie in us will always be a ? and what will the consequences be of living in such a living space?

So how does one get around this: find a space in one’s mind that thinks differently. The mind has a sliding scale of mind-spaces. Find one that thinks differently and which does not create illusions. Slip and slide until you find a space to work from the diagram below.

If you stop silently speaking what you are thinking in verbal thinking the mind then slips past a barrier and into the silent mind state of thinking.

There is a further sliding scale of silent intuitive thinking. Find one where you are happy to work from where you will only deal with facts from the repository of the Universal Mind or it feels like it initially and then with time might find this to be true and one is only dealing with the Truth and the facts of Truth. The longer you spend in these silent thinking mind spaces one can access what you are been given by IT and how your solutions and projects turn out by trusting ITS judgements. You get the facts from the repository and then slide back to verbal thinking and spin it into an idea and look at it. Is it Kosher or not and return to the silent intuitive mind and with the silent intention of mind ask the repository for feedback and perhaps you might get some new insight from it or new information and then back again to the spinner with verbal thinking and add to it and spin it again to create a bigger picture. With constant feedback from the repository of facts and natural laws of things guiding how could one go wrong with what is manifested.

When one puts all the above together as a whole from the creative noisy mind of creative verbal thinking to the silent intuitive mind working together with consciousness and the “intelligence” of the universe how can one go wrong in anything one does.

Explore the mind and see what you can find. Once you cross the barrier of verbal thinking the rest of the silent mind spaces is discovered only by “being” and inner observation with conscious awareness. It is that easy. Only by doing will the experience get embedded in you and become normal and permanent. You have to go there yourself. Then with time everything also changes in your body. We know from epigenetics the body can change with your habits. New DNA switches are switched on and off in your DNA template to incorporate your new mind and new way of thinking and I think that is how one gets accustomed to the “new” in you. Then your inherent latent powers start to show up with this new silent mind and the new way of thinking.

One has to fine-tune and discover the present thinking mind. No more chit chat of this and that type of thinking. This is a doing thing. The advent of the silent mind is easy peasy when one sees the mechanics of verbal thinking. No need for cross-legged meditation to bring on the silent mind.

Why Inner Voice Constantly Nag Us?

One is actually nagging oneself with silent self-talk. Verbal thinking is a type of thinking where one has to silently self-talk what one is thinking for one to have to think at all. Some call it psychological thinking. If one wants to stop oneself nagging oneself then observe that you are silently talking what you are thinking and then try and stop the self-talk. What you will find is that you cannot think anymore or as you put it – you cannot nag yourself anymore. In fact, it was very observant of you to see that there is a nagging element to it. You have discovered for yourself a tool in your mind-body that you can use to bring on a silent mind. This is what a mantra does is cross-legged meditation – it distracts the mind away from self-talk and hence thinking as these 2 processes are wired to each other. One cannot exists without the other. So stop self-talk and the thinking process stops and this brings on the silent mind. You can use this technique anytime you want to bring on a silent mind. It is a walking-talking-anything-anytime meditation technique. No need for sitting cross-legged in the corner of the room but having said that cross-legged meditation is good for exploring deeper mind spaces in you.

When you have stopped your self-talking mind and this is an instant process of bringing on a silent mind in you then you will find in that silent state of no self-talk thinking another type of thinking is still in existence and that is intuitive thinking and a kind of pictorial thinking. This is less of a nagging type of self-talk thinking where the source was yourself, but a rather flow of thoughts from another source. The source is difficult to locate via observation. There is an element of daydreaming in this type of silent-mind, intuitive thinking. Some of it perhaps from your memory or repository of your past experiences. It can still be a kind of intuitive pictorial silent nagging and the difference from the previous self-talk thinking is the flow of thoughts in intuitive thinking cannot be manipulated to create the nagging psychological thinking that you had before. With intuitive pictorial thinking, one can only watch the “thoughts” coming through and passing by kind of flow of thoughts. If you stay in this silent intuitive state long enough you will find that these intuitive thoughts also disappear and the mind settles into another kind of mind-space in you – a kind of no-mind state of “being” with a “sense of knowing”. This is quite a pleasant state of mind and yet there is still this “sense of knowing” that comes with your observations as you are still using your 5 senses to navigate your waking working state. Now the source for this “sense of knowing” state of mind is not of oneself you might notice or at least that is what I have found for myself and strangely one can have a conversation with this source with a kind of “intention in mind”. “Intention in mind” is not the same as self-talk as we are now operating in the silent zone of the mind. One can intent a question to the source silently and in this way have a conversation with this source. All the information from this source is TRUE and is a fact. There are no lies or illusions created in this state of mind. Everything one will find is true and there is a sense of calm and relief in “being” in this mind-space as one does not have to figure things out as in verbal thinking. In this state, one could very well be having a conversation with the Cosmic, Universal, Brahman mind and its repository or its own Mind and perhaps that is why all is true with this type of thinking. Notice that our brain is still active here. Still working. Not completely at rest and silent with nothing in mind. There is still something to concentrate on. I guess but do not know that perhaps there is one more step the mind can take and that is to fall over the edge and into the void of nothingness with nothing to concentrate on. Just “being”. It must be wonderful to get and be in that state of mind. It would not seem like a working mind-space as nothing happens there. But all the same, it would be good to get there and see for myself what nothingness in mind feels like and be and become one with the source itself. I hope I could remember the experience of merging with the source when I get back to my working state of mind again.
