If the mind and human brain are separate then where is the mind located?

According to the mystics the mind has no place to settle into. It does its job and disappears. They even gave this kind of thing a name: noumenon as to a phenomenon that is tangible via the 5 senses. So you will never be able to see it let alone give it a place where it operates. Could the mind be just a quantum computer in the quantum field, where everything is a possibility and a probability waiting to be downloaded as per your instructions or intentions.

Does the absolute truth need to experience its manifestations to know itself?

You might ask: what has this got to do with the arts? Know your mind and its limitations and know your content, process, form, composition so the work becomes one with the artist. The body-mind-thinking has such massive limitations that almost certainly the “new” in art is not accessible by the thinking mind as we know it. Many aspects of the mind to explore: are there 2 states of mind thinking in us where where one is limited and the other is all-knowing. It seems one needs to take the body-thinking-mind as far as it can go, until it hits a brick wall, and you see it for what it is: a limited tool we have been using for centuries and a frontline of innovations and ideas and thoughts running at a snails pace with no giant leaps if we continue as we do with today’s body-mind-thinking. Hence this time we want to know if the all-knowing Absolute Truth also has its limitations in the sense that it cannot always access its collective manifestations, to know how it is progressing, due to the way its evolutionary portals, us, are designed. Hence who among us does the Absolute uses to access its creations and why are some of us made differently or have these individuals come to these states because they understand the mind and body better compared to the rest of us.  This also means that our full potential latent in us humans are still not realized fully.

Do Human Modulators Exists?

Human modulators do exists, but I think it is only recently they are beginning to recognize their potential. You will find that human modulators are a new evolutionary breed of human potential. They stand apart from the normal crowd in that they can communicate with their surroundings, the ether, the get coupled to the magnetic fields of everything that the city is made off and through tonal modulations in the background are able to influence people. As more and more magnetizes get together and form a community you will find that the group will start to shape the future to anything they want it to be following their empathy for society and guided by their conscience. They do not think with their physical minds but rather with another invisible force of nature.

No-Mind in Art

This answer could go on forever but if I were to summarise the preoccupations of the Indians as per their spirituality it is this: They seem to think and know that the physical mind is limited and the physical thinking process is not good for purpose but for minor daily activity. They seem to think that there is another energy or force that is beyond their physical body that is a kind of “intelligence” of the Cosmos that can be tapped into and used for thinking, instead of the limited thinking power from the physical mind. They seem to think that one can shift the thinking process from the contained-in-the-brain-physical-mind and somehow through silence in the physical mind get in touch with the universal mind of the cosmos and use it like a massive “brain” for thinking. They seem to think that thinking with the universal mind brings no conflicts in thoughts but only the Truth of things.

What is an interesting way to build up your vitamin stack?

I find it easier if you put your concerns together and then look at the pathways and work out what vitamins you might need. It can also reduce the number of tablets and vitamins you have to take as some might have been generated within the pathways concerned and hence no need for extra’s.

Take this example for instance:

Take care of skin colour and condition of the skin, cardiovascular, lower your blood pressure, create methyl (-ch3) switches for epigenetics and regrow of hair and keeping it in good condition. You need only 3 tablets to sort all the above. Remember this is an observational exploratory idea and we have to look at this together and then decide if this is plausible or not.

Look at this pathway combination: you can see why the Homocysteine levels come down – because you take it off the system by giving it B6 and converting it to Cysteine. You can see why B6 is important to reduce H levels. In fact, all this is required to make that puzzle of a pathway spinning completely to get the H levels to reduce: Trimethylglycine, n-acetyl l-cysteine, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, zinc citrate, folic acid.

You can see the pathway to the left is of melanogenesis and controlling skin colour. Next to it on the right is for the reduction of Homocysteine (H) levels for good cardiovascular health.

looking for common ground to reduce the vitamin tablet numbers to take:

To reduce H levels you need:

Trimethylglycine, n-acetyl l-cysteine, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, zinc citrate, folic acid.

and you get it from here:

Connect® 60 Capsules – homocysteine support

I gather revital, UK is already starting to sell these.

Patrick Holford Connect, 60 VCapsules

Amazon also sells them:

Patrick Holford Connect 60 Capsules

Homocysteine breakdown generates cysteine and you enter the melanogenesis pathway. You can add Pycnogenol to this pathway from pine bark extract and you can lighten the skin colour.

Cysteine is also important for hair:

Most doctors agree that cysteine is the most important amino acid for hair growth. Of all the amino acids, it makes up the biggest component of keratin.

Cysteine is great for improving hair strength. It provides sulfur to hair cells which can improve hair’s texture, elasticity and strength. Stronger hair grows longer, faster. Your hair growth becomes much more noticeable as cysteine gets to work.

methionine is an essential amino acid that helps make pre-collagen (the precursor to collagen). It also works as an antioxidant to help prevent an imbalance called oxidation stress.

Not only is methionine a great amino acid for hair loss, studies have suggested that it may even play a role in slowing down grey hair! We’ll take it.

If you add L-arginine and L-lysine to this you can further enhance your hair condition and also reduce your blood pressure because L-arginine produces Nitric Oxide which is a vasodilator.

The arginine amino acid is huge for hair growth as it stimulates blood circulation around your hair follicles. That helps all the nutrients your body makes and digests get up to your scalp. When blood is circulating well, you’ll have a much better hair growth environment.

Lysine is another essential amino acid with restorative properties. It stimulates collagen production — a big role considering collagen production can drop pretty drastically as you age. When your body is producing more collagen, your hair will be more resilient and it will look much healthier.

For L-lysine and L-arginine:

Omega 3 Amino Acids for Hair Growth

Blood Pressure reduction with L-Arginine and nitric oxide.

So you start with Homocysteine level reduction and end up also changing your skin colour and taking care of your hair plus a whole lot of other things by just taking 3 tablets:

You start from the centre and work your stack of vitamins outwards taking a few vitamins as possible for a lot more of health especially as you age, as depletion of natural vitamins and enzymes etc is a Kalachakra movement with aging time and reversing aging is looking at what you have lost from when you were younger.

To add to this stack you could look at say reducing your blood sugar levels. They tend to rise toward prediabetes and diabetes with time aging. How can I reduce blood sugars with just vitamins to add to my stack of vitamins?

what does this do:

Maximum Spectrum Enzym-Complete/DPP-IV™ Fruit Free w/Isogest – 120 caps – Kirkman

You want to look up Transglucosidase:

Scientists have shown that an enzyme called transglucosidase converts starches into prebiotic fiber within the digestive tract.

It does not convert starch, carbohydrates to glucose and fructose, or sugars BUT rather converts starches to a soluble fiber that then is food for the microbiome or gut bacteria. Hence starches do NOT become sugars if Transglucosidase is present. It hence keeps blood glucose levels down.

detoxpeople – nature’s warehouse

Maximum Spectrum Enzym-Complete/DPP-IV™ Fruit Free w/Isogest – 120 caps

This above probably pretty well takes care of your digestive enzymes?

This below is something else that can reduce your blood sugar levels and increase your energy. You probably had lots of it when you were younger but now probably just 2 pennies worth in your body bank – Creatine.

It gets straight into your muscles and generates ATP for energy by using the Krebs cycle pathway. It produces energy and now have lots of garden time compared to Pre-KRE-ALKALYN. But what does it have to do with reducing your blood sugar levels?

Creatine Shows Potential In Managing Blood Sugar And Insulin Levels. One natural consequence of creatine’s ability to boost muscle energy levels is a subsequent increase in your body’s ability to utilize glucose as metabolic fuel.Creatine has long been known to lower blood glucose levels in healthy patients

It increases metabolic rate and hence in that way burns more sugars. If you find that your sugar levels are creeping upwards with age, you can bring in down to below 5 with this. Please consult your doctor first before taking this as there is a process to build up the creatine levels first for about a week if it is the first time you are taking creatine.

So, what else is there? I would like to live for 150 years. I need to build up my supplement stack to compensate for aging. Time is running out and I want more time doing nothing.

Think about it, research it and get it sorted. Make it easy on yourself. Try and get them all into just a few tablets.

Wait a minute: I need a DHT blocker for my falling hair. You can get a pharmaceutical drug for this but I really should be taking a natural DHT blocker:

ok, another tablet but worth it I think.

Homocysteine levels is really a good place to start your stack. When it is too high it attacks everything. Even your hair follicles are not exempt from this vandalism from this homocysteine molecule. I refuse to give this molecule a capital H anymore. I think it destroys all the blood vessels at the base of the follicles. It does the same to all the other blood vessels, causing plaque build-up and internal inflammation.

Do your s-CRP test for inflammation to see how your inners are doing and remember that if you are doing a homocysteine test – it needs to be done soon after taking the blood sample – because the red blood cells in the sample will continue to secret H into the blood and give you a false high reading. These tests are usually done in hospitals where the labs are next door for testing or there is a postal test kit that you can buy where the test is designed to extract the red blood cells leaving the blood serum behind that is then sent off for testing.

What are your thoughts on the true nature of reality?

I was about to ask this question of what is your True Nature and saw that there are already many of such questions asked in this site. It is a Know Thyself question and only asked when one is ready to step out of the illusion that is reality and personality and when you see how one’s reality is made by the many lies and illusion made by the mind, in the true nature in you.

When I started looking at this I was surprised to find how far into the Truth we have come to see what we are made off from the illusion of personality to embedding silence in us to access the unknown. You might have thought well that is it, seriously how much further can we go into the intangible side of us with the limitations of our 5 senses and our minds and body. But you will be surprised just how much we have gathered to delve further down the unseen side of us.

The diagram below is courtesy of Pablo Sender in his lecture “An Esoteric Approach to Happiness”

Trolling the net for some ancient thoughts I find this big picture of reality explained to me. On the ground we find the nature of personality of mind, emotions and body. We need to cultivate a silence in us before we can come across to meet our true nature.

So what silences our minds: meditation and one of my own is “speak thinking” where we silently speak what we think to have to think at all. If we stop silently speaking what we think then we cannot think at all. This is just one aspect of thinking. There is also pictorial thinking in the mind where images and experiences might pass through in our mind in a daydreaming manner (awareness) BUT we cannot spin an idea in our minds unless we also silently speak what we are thinking. So I found that I can use this anomaly in me to silent my mind whenever i want too by reminding myself that I am silently speaking what I am thinking. I then immediately go into awareness mode by just using only my 5 senses or just daydreaming pictorial images. This has a peculiar resemblance to cross-legged meditation. Stopping “speak thinking” yourself of ideas and illusions in your head into a silent mind is more of a walking-talking kind of meditation. Hence the advent of the silent mind is sorted. So where do I go from here?

The next step is to meet the True Divine Nature in you, your true nature, after cultivating a silent mind. When you think the rest can only be felt when you get there you find there is some more information into the unseen reality of the True Nature in us. They even have a name for it in some ancient literature: Fohat or perhaps in modern times the “zero point field” that the scientist have found out – an all-encompassing energy field that is unchanging that keeps the universe and us in balance. The Fohat from the ancients to the discovery of the existence of the “zero point field” in modern times.

And there is more in the literature of the ancients that says the Fohat is made of 7 separate conscious levels and each of these consciousness levels have 7 futher levels to each of them – making it 49 levels to consciousness. Who is going to give this the benefit of doubt that this is true if the Fohat is found to be the zero-point-field in existence today.

We evolved out of this Fohat zero point energy field and hence it descents and encompasses all of us – from it to us as one entity.

If each level of consciousness has 7 further levels to it hence there are 49 levels for us to ascend to meet the divine nature in us. Or rather to know the divine nature in us and to become it by filtering what’s before us, we have to work to silence personality and experience the 49 levels to consciousness to finally become Fohat itself and peace, happiness, wisdom and compassion become us. When you are Fohat I guess reincarnation ends.

Is the Human Mind easy to fool?

Hence is Regeneration of the Human Mind Possible?

The human mind creates lie’s all the time. That is how it works. It takes facts and then spins it up into a lie and one uses it to make decisions, like it is a fact or real.

There is always a lie in the Truth in you. Not all of you is a lie. Initially an observation is a fact, if you do not start to pass judgement on it and spin it into a lie. Anything that goes past the first second of observation after a spin in your mind becomes a lie in you. You put all these lie’s together and make personality. Hence it is possible that most of you is a lie or an illusion created by your own mind.

It creates a multi-viewed population that has the free will to do anything one wants in the mind to create an idea by spinning the mind and thinking that the idea is now a fact and belongs with the Truth of things.

Don’t expect the world to be in peace and harmony anytime soon.

Hence is the regeneration of the human mind possible.

There seems to be only one way to solve this problem to maintain the power of the mind to spin a new idea into something special and still maintain its integrity is to know the limitations of the mind and its 5 senses. Know your mind well enough, through observation, to see what you are doing with it and what it creates.

When you start to see the lie in the Truth in you then the world might start to harmonise and be in peace – if not it is boom boom bang bang all the way to the end.

The future is understanding the natural laws of the universe as it is unchanging and omnipresent and cannot be change in spite of a spin by the mind to make it into a lie. Natural laws will always be part of the Truth of things in spite of your mind. There are also such natural laws of the mind, body and soul that can only be known by observation and knowing thyself. There is a lot of fun in making these discoveries and a sense of power in it as you are trying to see into the unknown and unseen and trying to delve into the secrets of the universe and your place in it that only you will know when you “see” it. You will need to make multiple checks to make sure it is not a lie in you spun by your mind but rather a fact in you.

You need to see the pattern in the puzzle that is you for peace of mind and a good trouble free future for all of us and this will eventually lead to a one-world government having representatives from all over the world looking after the interest of all.

One world. One world government. One human race. And this can only come about with the regeneration of the human mind by knowing the Truth in the lie in you.

Art fits in here somewhere, but my experience with Art is that it is a dialogue that the mind has with the process of making a painting that shows up the limitations of the mind and the thinking mind in particular. The final object on the wall can allow further contemplation for the viewer in the process of making Art, its composition, and if a narrative in Art is conducive to contemplating the unknown and the unseen in the universe.

The process of making Art to the artist and the viewer is a circle that keeps going back to the beginning, again and again, to have a dialogue with the painting on the wall or the installation next to you to better know the self and its limitations as the mind looks for the Truth in you among all the lie’s and illusions that the mind spins and pretends that both are all one and the same.

Subjectivity, might be welcomed in the Arts and has its place in the Arts, but in the real world, as Art is that medium that is free to do anything it wants while chasing the new in you, but where life matters, the illusions in the mind has been given too much credence which I feel is the reason for the advent of all the divisions in the world today, including the different cultures, countries with borders, this and that, it creates opposites, and generates a multi viewed mind in the population that is essentially ONE.

Have you been inside the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, London and stood inside the dome of the Hindu temple at Neasden. This is what you would see at the apex of the dome. It is totally harmonised as the whole narrative ascends to the centre at the top.

But if you look back down and around, you would see what is the chaos of life itself and of this and that of the mind and the body of the human entity.

Hence the purpose is, from as far back as the time will take you, the aim of journey has been towards the APEX, a harmonised state where all is one.

But today, this is where we are at:

Is it possible to learn to read and/or think without sub-vocalising each word?

I find Peters answer to thinking and subvocalising quiet interesting.

I think so. I can read a fair bit of Chinese for meaning with no idea what the pronunciation is.

https://www.quora.com/Is-it-possible-to-learn-to-read-and-or-think-without-sub-vocalizing-each-word/answer/Peter-Dixie

It gives me the impression that Chinese characters are mainly pictorial and you can get meaning from it by just looking at the pictorial representation of the writing. It is like trying to understand the meaning of a painting in a gallery or a museum as to what its intention or meaning of its form in the composition is meant to be.

This is the Chinese character for Art:

I especially like this representation of fine art from a Chinese website on Art:

“It refers to the integration and balance of skills, willingness, imagination, experience and other comprehensive human factors to create objects, environments, images, movements or The expression of sound, in order to share the beauty or deep emotions and consciousness of human beings with others to express the process of both perception and precipitation and presentation of individual or group experience”

It is especially appreciative when the word for Art is itself Art.

Having said that, let’s look at the English Alphabet: Art.

A is A and R is R and T is T – ART

ART has no pictorial meaning except what is in the mind to conjure up a meaning and perhaps that is why we have to silently sub-vocalise our words of our thinking for the brain to know what we are thinking for us to have to think at all. The brain has to hear us thinking for it to know what we are thinking so it can spin up an image or images for us as in image-a-nation. So this anomaly in us where we have to silently speak what we are thinking to have to think at all might actually be language specific. This anomaly had evolved in us mainly because of the way our language of English was invented to create specific words that have meaning to it and the BRAIN HAS TO HEAR that word (because it has no pictorial meaning) to it to create an image for the word in your mind.

Hence perception is image making. The way we understand things is from a word meaning to image making and hence perception, imagination and understanding. But if a language is already built around an image then the brain does not have to silent speak what it is reading or thinking for the brain to understand what it wants, as in the Chineses language. One just looks at the image and it knows its meaning.

It will be interesting to know if a Chinese can read or think silently without having to sub-vocalise everything they read.

If you look at this: New Scientist says that 60% of us experience “inner speech” where everyday thoughts take a back-and-forth conversational style. I always wondered why 60%? surely all of us do it. I wonder if this 60% correlates with the people in the world who use the alphabet to create words that need to be sounded by silent sub-vocal speech for the brain to make sense of it and hence the evolutionary process as a result of their language structure has gone on to develop psychological thinking as an evolutionary side-effect.

It is possible that the Chinese don’t sub-vocalise their thinking. What other languages are pictorial in nature and hence possibly don’t need to sub-vocalise what they think, or read and hence have cultivated a more silent mind overall and hence have a better connection with the cosmos and their spirit or their intangible aspects of human nature and perhaps more complete in themselves as a person, or as a people. Is it ridiculously possible that we are all not made the same! Hence how will the human species progress into the future or what are the advantages for the future of humankind and who will have the advantage to evolve and progress to the extremes of the mind:

Or is it an advantage to hear oneself think, such that recognising the phenomenon is important for the mind to progress away from the cliff top of the many to the few highly developed sense of knowing while being able to communicate with the environment as an advantage.

If you will permit me another observation. Let us look at this information about language and the development of the mind. Why do some of us have to “speak think” while some the language is pictorial in nature and hence to them thinking is more like an observation. or a kind of awareness.

Let us look at the countries involved and see if there is a correlation of any sort.

Ok, so the Chinese language is pictorial in nature and hence thinking is more like an observation. Look at the countries that have similar kind of language: China, South Korea, North Korea, Japan and Singapore – all highly successful countries. In China, I had read where workers are allowed to innovate in their work and if a more efficient method is discovered by altering the machinery or process, the companies that their work encourages such innovative thinking and make changes gladly accordingly. Such is the case is road building and laying of railway tracks and in construction. Hence innovation is a continual process. Their minds are open to everything all the time. China, Singapore, Japan and South Korea are successful innovators.

Then there is North Korea that we don’t know much about but they are what the Chinese communist government was before it decided to change its ways and choose a faster pace of life. Perhaps North Korea is in some way an embodiment of the kind of mind that their language has allowed them to develop – looking at it as a base state of the Chinese kind of mind. The mind through their language has developed to innovate through silence and Eureka Moments like of that of a trained artist, rather than one of controlled thinking and imagination and the slow frontline of discoveries. They would have had a lot of training in this method just because of the pictorial nature of their language.

India is very similar in spirit as are the Chinese. I gather that there was a time in their past their mystics would meet to share discoveries of the mind. Buddha, Lao Tze, Confucius, Krishna all of the same kind of mind. India also has some great innovative minds and somewhat like the Chinese, yet they are somehow in my mind seem to have a tinge slightly more chaos about them and almost like but different from China. I wonder if it is the way their language is structured which has an explanation for this difference.

Then there is America, Europe, the United Kingdom and the alphabet speaking countries. The word is the meaning in the dictionary, rather in the image of the writing itself. One having to silently speak what they are thinking to have to think at all, while the other its language requires a kind of observation of the characters in their language to understand the meaning of that “word” or character.

This is not a not a small difference between the races – it is the way their brains and minds would have developed that is not the same as the other. The Chinese kind of mind would be more observational and awareness orientated when it tries to understand a problem because their language would have thought them this in a massive important way to be like this in mind.

Then there are the alphabet thinkers, where the word is not the thing until the mind conjures up an image and where the brain can only do this when it hears what the individual is thinking and hence their thinking is really sub-vocal speech. They either speak loudly so they can hear you via their hearing at 20 Hertz to 20 KHertz hearing range or they silently have to speak what they are thinking for them to be thinking at all, so their brain can hear them to understand what they are thinking. This is an anomaly in the alphabet thinkers. Thinking and sub-vocal speech are linked and if sub-vocal speech is absent then they cannot think. What results is only silence in their mind. This is the advantage of the alphabet thinkers – they have a sure way to bring silence to their minds. This is what the mantra does in cross-legged meditation. It distracts the mind away from thinking to bring silence to the mind. The alphabet thinkers have a valuable tool at hand to control thinking in their minds – but they have to see this advantage to use it.

But art can show you the pattern:

The Chinese already have it in their language. They have nothing to discover for them to silence their minds as their language will already have allowed them that advantage but the alphabet thinkers will have to come to it.

Are we all really made the same? Is there a reason why we have placed borders around our countries to keep others out or is there an advantage to mix and match, curry with chips and some Soy Sauce mixed with hummus with avocado oil as a dip.

One-world-one-government. The future. Bringing the different minds together to work as one but thinking differently.

When you think you have seen it all then something pops-up in your mind to add to the missing puzzle. Manifesting a probability:

This observation of mine came after reading this link below.
