What are your thoughts on the true nature of reality?

I was about to ask this question of what is your True Nature and saw that there are already many of such questions asked in this site. It is a Know Thyself question and only asked when one is ready to step out of the illusion that is reality and personality and when you see how one’s reality is made by the many lies and illusion made by the mind, in the true nature in you.

When I started looking at this I was surprised to find how far into the Truth we have come to see what we are made off from the illusion of personality to embedding silence in us to access the unknown. You might have thought well that is it, seriously how much further can we go into the intangible side of us with the limitations of our 5 senses and our minds and body. But you will be surprised just how much we have gathered to delve further down the unseen side of us.

Trolling the net for some ancient thoughts I find this big picture of reality explained to me. On the ground we find the nature of personality of mind, emotions and body. We need to cultivate a silence in us before we can come across to meet our true nature.

So what silences our minds: meditation and one of my own is “speak thinking” where we silently speak what we think to have to think at all. If we stop silently speaking what we think then we cannot think at all. This is just one aspect of thinking. There is also pictorial thinking in the mind where images and experiences might pass through in our mind in a daydreaming manner (awareness) BUT we cannot spin an idea in our minds unless we also silently speak what we are thinking. So I found that I can use this anomaly in me to silent my mind whenever i want too by reminding myself that I am silently speaking what I am thinking. I then immediately go into awareness mode by just using only my 5 senses or just daydreaming pictorial images. This has a peculiar resemblance to cross-legged meditation. Stopping “speak thinking” yourself of ideas and illusions in your head into a silent mind is more of a walking-talking kind of meditation. Hence the advent of the silent mind is sorted. So where do I go from here?

The next step is to meet the True Divine Nature in you, your true nature, after cultivating a silent mind. When you think the rest can only be felt when you get there you find there is some more information into the unseen reality of the True Nature in us. They even have a name for it in some ancient literature: Fohat or perhaps in modern times the “zero point field” that the scientist have found out – an all-encompassing energy field that is unchanging that keeps the universe and us in balance. The Fohat from the ancients to the discovery of the existence of the “zero point field” in modern times.

And there is more in the literature of the ancients that says the Fohat is made of 7 separate conscious levels and each of these consciousness levels have 7 futher levels to each of them – making it 49 levels to consciousness. Who is going to give this the benefit of doubt that this is true if the Fohat is found to be the zero-point-field in existence today.

We evolved out of this Fohat zero point energy field and hence it descents and encompasses all of us – from it to us as one entity.

If each level of consciousness has 7 further levels to it hence there are 49 levels for us to ascend to meet the divine nature in us. Or rather to know the divine nature in us and to become it by filtering what’s before us, we have to work to silence personality and experience the 49 levels to consciousness to finally become Fohat itself and peace, happiness, wisdom and compassion become us. When you are Fohat I guess reincarnation ends.
