The term “neuro -diverse” already tells us that there is an ability to be different in the way the communication centers in mindbody and soul functions. The ability to see further that most. To have an emotional span wider that the average distribution in the population. I think all businesses should hire a “neuro diverse” person to just sit about and do nothing but “daydream” all day about the business and then make suggestions for new directions to take. Like bill gates used to do, I gather. Just gave the guy an office, table and chair and a great view looking out of his office. Daydream all day looking for a pattern in the business.
