REIN is something else altogether:

They say that there is a noise to this interference that you can hear at 612 Khz.
Using an SDR dongle I get this: there are no prominent peaks but has an overall sound to it. It sounds like white noise and there is some chit chat in it. The chit chat could be used to modulate the white noise that is coming into your homes under or above the hearing window for your hearing, 20 Hz to 20Khz. The modulations might have an intention to it. Listen to some of the chit chat in this recording below and see what you think? (Funtenna hack). Some times it could be heard as tinnitus in your ears, but such signals have been shown to be able to switch on smart gadgets in your home including sounds coming off your TV to switch on your smart mobile phone microphone for some listening in, as you will see in an example further along this article.

If the problem is bad in your living space you can get a tinnitus sound in your ears. But you can get to hear the embedded noise frequencies in other ways:

The interference within your power supply is embedded in all this shenanigans above. Repetitive Electrical Impulse Noise (REIN) is a collection of all the above and more that you may yourself add to the diagram above. There is a dark side to this: are you really connected to all these electromagnetic emissions as is shown in the diagram above. Research has already been done to show that you can be influenced by what is coming off your computer screen or your TV. But more importantly: are you so connected to your living space that even your thinking is embedded in it. One way to find out is by using a AM radio at 612 Khz frequency and place it close to your computer screen or computer and listen to the white noise modulations in your radio and see if you can hear something of your thinking in it and can you also hear others who want you to join the party and who also know what you are thinking.
Today’s world tomorrow but looks like it has been around for a long time and with the advent of Artificial Intelligence collecting data off your living space has come to stay.

What Facebook is saying (and not as if others have not already tried this with your landline.) is that they want to listen to some REIN in your living space. And why do they want to do that, is because they want to know what you are thinking – “speak thinking”.
It is interesting to see what comes off your computer screen. I used this:

You can see that there is someone out there that is interested in sensing the world. What they really mean is sensing the INTANGIBLE world. Sensing the world you cannot see and hence knowing something about thyself and the limitations of the mind and body.
Keeping Facebook’s new patent in mind I put this Geo sensor close to my computer screen and got this tone:

What I get from this is that a subliminal coming off your TV is going to switch your phone microphone on for a listen in.
This link below will show how external signals can get into your home via your telephone/broadband line to switch on your handsfree option microphone on your landline for a listen in. Your external cables from your telegraph poles and power supply lines are entry points for subliminal radio signals. They make their way into your home and start to play out in the appliances, kettle, the buzz from your refrigerator etc. You are unknowingly listening to them and the brain is making sense of them and it gets translated into thinking.

I have slowed down the speed of this recording to see if you can find a subliminal message at around 5 secs and towards the end.
Remember this is about tonal modulations. You must be able to read tonal modulations to know what the subliminal says. I am making an assumption that even if you are not able to read tonal modulations your brain will make sense of it. It passes your hearing unnoticed but your brain makes sense of it and converts it straight to thinking. Hence the question: are you sure your thoughts are your own.
There are varies ways you can pick up what’s coming off your computer screen. This example is via a magnetic pickup (ES – digital dowsing LLC) taped to the screen. Remember all these examples is to emphasise the existence of a “synthetic consciousness” in the air that is competing with the “natural consciousness” of the universe.
Now because there is this anomaly in you, in that, at times, you have to silently speak what you are thinking to have to think at all and you being wired to your surroundings, you could also create tonal modulations in your background sounds in your living space that reflect your thinking and this can be read by others. You put some AI software to these tonal modulations and they can be converted to speech and easily heard. Thinking to tonal modulations and back to speech via artificial intelligence software. Perhaps this is what Facebook and also others are really interested in. Your inner thoughts. Your silent “unheard” thoughts via the infrastructure of the cityscape or your immediate living space. There is a “synthetic consciousness” in the ether that is competing with the “natural consciousness” today and people want access to this data. They want to know what your thinking is all about. In the future after facial recognition and other aspects of collecting data what they really want to know is your THOUGHT profile to better know you and understand you. You are then tagged with your IP address, your landline phone number, your bank, your broadband provider and finally your THOUGHT process. Thought profiling is already here now and in the future, it will evolve over time to be more specific and definite and it will follow the development of personality and other aspects of one’s mind and body and perhaps even follow your energy spirit profile after your demise and then tag you when you are back in a body after reincarnation. Such exciting times ahead.
Or yeah, and there is also number plate recognition today for road tax and insurance purposes.
