first this, check: The Sun is the Earth’s primary source of electromagnetic radiation. Most of what you see above comes from the sun but not all of it gets to the earth as seen below:

 The Earth: is also a producer of electromagnetic radiation. As the earth is bombarded with the sun’s rays it heats up and radiates back electromagnetic (EM) waves mainly Infrared waves. Then you have energy from the rocks of the earth iteslf: gamma rays etc. We also have all the man made radiators of EM waves: your light bulb, your TV etc. Anything on earth can potentially be a producer of EM waves. Anything that is hot will radiate electromagnetic waves. Anything on earth is a potential contributer to the EM spectrum.

After the discovery of the existance of these natural waves by scientists they were able to invent machines that can reproduce these waves for different uses. That is why we see x-rays in hospitals etc. check. (check is like ‘got it’).

Then there is the Earth’s magnetic field. Due to the inner workings of the earths core, there is a magnetic field that circumvents the earth surface, north to south and below its relationship with the sun.

And then there is the: ‘The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.’ as shown below and it has a frequency peak of 7.86Hz and a range of 3Hz to 60Hz. The Schumann electromagnetic field spectrum operates in the range of the brain waves with its peak at the relaxed frequency of the brain Alpha waves. This is significant as it is resonating with the brain waves and act as a potential access to the Schumann space.

BETA waves – when we are active, our minds function at the beta level which is measured as being 14-20 Hz.
ALPHA waves – when we relax 8-13 Hz. and similar to’ The Schumann resonances’ peak at 7.86Hz
THETA waves – this is a deep sleep level of brain wave activity at 5 – 7 Hz.
DELTA waves – the deepest of the brain wave frequencies at 1-4Hz – drug induced sleep with anesthetics.

So how does an aerial work:
‘An antenna (or aerial) is an electrical device which converts electric power into radio waves, and vice versa. It is usually used with a radio transmitter or radio receiver. In transmission, a radio transmitter supplies an oscillating radio frequency electric current to the antenna’s terminals, and the antenna radiates the energy from the current as electromagnetic waves (radio waves). In reception, an antenna intercepts some of the power of an electromagnetic wave in order to produce a tiny voltage at its terminals, that is applied to a receiver to be amplified.’ (wiki)

 The aerial can act as a receiver or transmitter of electromagnetic signals. The central nevous system is a powered up system ready to pick up or send signals.  The body is a transreceiver – it both transmits and receives information.  Even its structure looks like that TV aerial on your roof powered up by your TV and ready to go. Your TV aerial only receives signals. We don’t need to go into how the nervous system is powered up but it is a system where electrical signals is zipping up and dowm the nerve fibres. It is a magical WIFI system receiving signals and sending out signals wirelessly.

Notice the frequency the human brain operates at: between 1 Hz and 20 Hz.
Notice the frequency the Schumann electromagnetic field spectrum operates at: frequency peak of 7.86Hz and a range of 3Hz to 60Hz, within the range of the human brain.
And also, as we shall see below, the significance of the above being in the range of the ELF (extremely low frequency) wave band of the electromagnetic spectrum – from 3 hz to 30 hz.

 So that is where the human form operates from – in the extremely low frequency range.

You can see, I am just putting things together for a big picture so you don’t have to do it.  How is one living within the intangibles.

The human form perhaps connects to the rest of the world through the Schumann matrix.  Perhaps also that Rupert Sheldrakes Morphogenetic field, where all our data, experiences, intensions, happenings, biological templates etc are stored will be something like the Schumann matrix but I suspect not because of its chaotic nature and how it is created.  The Higgs field if it exists would be a better candidate for the morphic field as it seems to act as a flexible sieve.  The ascetics would not have wanted to brain storm the details with his buddies.  They would just know.  Like when you put your face next to your microwave oven and your eyeballs start to hurt, you know something came across and did that.  I believe but I did not see what did it or a UHF signal fills your room listening.

Then this: In the natural state we operate subliminally, freely, transmitting and receiving. I suspect that one needs to be in the brain wave frequencies of the: ALPHA waves – when we relax 8-13 Hz. and THETA waves – this is a deep sleep level of brain wave activity at 5 – 7 Hz. – to be fully connected. At the beta level there is noise and psychological thinking to deal with that is stopping us being fully connected. At the beta level the mind is occupied with everyday matters, like disco dancing, mountain climbing, Sainbury’s shopping etc. Hence all of this talk about meditation and all that Jiddu Krishnamurti tries to put across to us about Psychological thinking etc is to reduce the noise and allow us to be fully connected naturally to the universe.

But we have the mobile phone invented by us on the back of our natural self also to communicate:

Mobile phones:

The movements of a mobile phone user can be tracked by their service provider and, if desired, by law enforcement agencies and their government. Both the SIM card and the handset can be tracked.[51]

China has proposed using this technology to track commuting patterns of Beijing city residents.[52] In the UK and US, law enforcement and intelligence services use mobiles to perform surveillance. Then there is radio:
In the UK, AM radio uses frequencies between about 180 kHz and 1.6 MHz, FM radio rangesfrom 88 to 108 MHz, and TV ranges from 470 to 854 MHz.  All standing apart from the natural self but operating in a similar manner.

 Similar to radio waves carrying a signal from a microphone to be played out on the radio, covert listening uses carrier waves to carry ELF signals of the mind and body for investigation. Very possible this. ‘Speak thinking’ signals can be covertly carried by microwaves, UHF and VHF waves. It will need a transmitter and receiver of the carrier wave to be modulated by the mind body signals and then decoded. Your radio is already doing this but there is nothing covert about it.  A carrier wave modulates the voice of the DJ and carries it to your radio which picks it up and demodulates the signal.  For covert listening there is an unseen transmitter and receiver of the carrier wave. Generally ELF waves are not used as carrier waves because of their very large wavelengths, needing large land areas for their aerials to exists. So covert listening is impossible with these wavelengths BUT the shorter wavelengths, (microwaves, UHF and VHF) can be used and with these techniques they can operate from small areas, like a room or a building. If microwave masts are in existance in countries then I cannot see why widespread listening-in of the population is not possible.

But government projects with High Frequency (HF) waves do exists with large areas transmitting signals. ‘The HAARP project (in the USA) directs a 3.6 MW signal, in the 2.8–10 MHz region of the HF (high-frequency) band, into the ionosphere’
‘The main instrument at HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI). This is a high power, high-frequency phased array radio transmitter with a set of 180 antennas, disposed in an array of 12×15 units that occupy a rectangle of about 33 acres (13 hectares). The IRI is used to temporarily energize a small portion of the ionosphere. The study of these disturbed volumes yields important information for understanding natural ionospheric processes.’  and you can see here they are interfering with the natural Schumann environment.

 Hacking into technological systems today is so rampant that it takes a government inquiry – Leveson Inquiry – to look into its methods.  For the Government to admit that its infrastructure is being used by others freely will create chaos and litigation by its citizens.

Notice in diagram above ‘tower blocks’ make good surveillance points.

The signals from Nasa takes about 14 minutes to get to Mars to operate the Mars Curiosity Rover. That signal is part of the electromagnetic spectrum. It would take less time than it would take before you could get your middle finger up, for a signal on earth to reach you at home from anywhere in the world to see what you are up to.  The only positive here is that you would not even know it is there with you – a silent witness part 3 (The Physical Impossibility to ‘know thyself’ in the Mind of Someone Living)

It is fascinating how the creative process wraps its mind around the ‘new’.  It challenges the self to see ‘itself’ so that it is not a physical impossibility to ‘know thyself’ in the mind of someone living.

I found this on the net.  The only written evidence that ‘Speak Thinking’ is possible:

‘When we think things silently to ourselves, as words, even though our vocal muscles don’t form audible words, there are enough tiny electric currents sent to the vocal cords that these can be picked up by electronic equipment. One practical use for this “mind reading” technology was announced in 2004 as being a research project by NASA for use in detecting “terrorists” at airports.

NASA REJECTS CLAIMS IT PLANS MIND READING CAPABILITY

     NASA managers today said published media reports 
suggesting the agency plans to read the minds of potential 
terrorists go too far and ignore the facts and science behind 
the research.  

The articles were based on a NASA presentation, which served 
as talking points for a meeting with Northwest Airlines in 
December 2001. The presentation was in response to the call 
from the Federal Government for all agencies to look inward 
and find what could be done to help in the war on terrorism.

"NASA does not have the capability to read minds, nor are we 
suggesting that would be done," said Robert Pearce, Director, 
NASA's Strategy and Analysis Division in the Office of 
Aerospace Technology in Washington. "Our scientists were 
asked to think outside the box with regards to ideas that 
could aid the nation in the war on terrorism and that's what 
they are doing. We have not approved any research in this 
area and because of the sensitivity of such research, we will 
seek independent review before we do."

The information contained in the presentation identified 
research and development challenges that NASA is currently 
aware of in the information technology arena, and the agency 
offered some limited thoughts and proposed possible solutions 
in this field. Some of the ideas will take several years of 
effort to establish, if there is a practical application.
