The state-of-the-art Menara Shell showcases the latest Green building features that include a unique daylight harvesting system utilising internal light shelves with glare control to extend daylight penetration within the work spaces inside the office floor, which is alternatively illuminated by efficient T5 fluorescent lights with perimeter daylight sensor. ……… and a Thermal Energy Storage System, which uses rain water and the environment’s ambient temperature to regulate the interior comfort of the building.
“What makes Menara Shell so advantageous in creating good Feng Shui, is its strong design features that does not only align with these hills and mountains but draw in the energy from them,” added Yap, a Feng Shui master.
As you walk past it you will find its lines harmonies and separate and as you look further towards the sky you cannot help wonder if this is the way of the universe as well, shifting changing but in balance.

The development around the river that passes through Kuala lumpur is no more just a rumor anymore. The River Of Life project has begun to be like that in St Antonio in the United States but with a difference.

The “River of Life” project seems to start its “journey” near a mosque by the river: a place for prayer and reflection and continue its journey down the river across the city. A city of work and business but not far from and starts from a place of reverence and silence.
