A modulating tinnitus tone with an embedded subliminal is just a quieter version of somebody talking to you. You might not be able to make out what is being said, but you will know it when you start thinking it because the brain will make sense of it.

I cannot show you what a modulated tinnitus tone is like because it is in one’s heads. But the next best thing is this recording below which I created which is a modulated pure sinusoidal tone with a subliminal saying, “hello” embedded in it. Your Tinnitus will modulate in a similar way in your head and you will get a sense of hello in it. If you embedded it in a radio frequency wave and project it, the tinnitus generated in your head will be a high pitch modulation of “hello” just like the one below which is at a lower frequency and you will get a sense of hello in your mind, but not hear the word but for just a tinnitus modulation of it which you will know nothing about until you think it.
There is this silent sound going about these days. Your walls talking to you. Transmitters intercepting your radio or TV transmissions with subliminals. Train stations paging system talking to you silently. All harassment techniques but really childs play compared with what is undetectable radio frequency modulated frequency transmissions into the air that increases your tinnitus in your ears/head that can and will alter your thinking. It is this tinnitus modulation that is the magic of this discovery. You hear nothing until it generates the modulated tinnitus sound in your ears. Your brain will decoded this through your ears and give it to you as thinking. That is why when it is up and about your ears start to ring.
This can be done with an ultrasound speaker. With the volume turned down low barely audible the modulated tinnitus sound is generated in your ears/head. If you increase the volume just right you will hear a faint spoken work in the air that could spook you. That is how an ultrasound speaker works – you get to hear the subliminal when the pressure waves opens up in the air to the frequencies that your hearing system can respond too and that is 20 Hz to 20 Khz. So you hear a speaker pop up mid air.
Still not busted as the process is still a child playing with a toy. We are talking mass mind control that is coming soon to a city near you and the tools for that is the radio wave frequency. There is much that is said about V2K, microwaves generating sound in your head by vibrating your brain tissue. All rubbish and false information to take you away from how it is really done. How it is done is just a radio frequency of a certain power or rather of a slightly higher intensity so it can generate a tinnitus sound in your ears that is strong enough to hear and so when modulated your ears and brain will get the information as if it is a spoken word. The magic of it is this tinnitus sound that has to be first generated in your ears that is loud enough and strong and full and rounded enough to act as a carrier to carry your subliminal message. It is almost like someone is talking to you but in a different way.
In fact I will go as far as to say that you can do it anyway which way that is possible as long as this tinnitus sound is generated in your ears and then adding a subliminal to get this tinnitus signal to modulate so your brain is capable of decoding it as if it was speech and then you will think it!.
This can happen anywhere: in doors, outdoors, in a bus, in a tube train, in a airplane, in your room, anywhere which will allow a tinnitus tone to be generated in your ears.

This below is some research done on what was to become the “Frey” effect by microwaves. Hearing a humming sound when standing in a radar field. Microwaves is considered from 300 Mhz to 300 Ghz. My routers wifi gives me 2 options: 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz. But the Frey effect suggest? that the signal needs to specially designed like that in a microwave oven, high intensity and focused: increased the power of their signals and concentrated them like sword points. Even then they did not know how the hum was generated in the head as it did not come through the ear drum. Only until recently they said that how the hum was created was to minutely vibrate the brain tissue, which made its way to the cochlea of the ear and then the electrical signal sent to the brain to create the sound. What I am suggesting is that a normal wifi signal, but one that is boosted helps, and modulated via a microphone or a text to speech software that creates a tinnitus modulation in your head/ears is sufficient to pass on a subliminal to you and for the brain to decode the signal, just like it does for normal hearing.
In 1960, Frey, then 25, was working at General Electric’s Advanced Electronics Center at Cornell University when he was contacted by a technician whose job was to measure the signals emitted by radar stations. At the time, Frey had taken an interest in the electrical nature of the human body, specifically in how electric fields affect neural functioning. The technician claimed something incredible: He said he could “hear” radar at one of the sites where he worked.
Frey traveled to the facility and stood in the radar field. “And sure enough, I could hear it, too,” he said, describing the persistent low-level hum. Frey went on to establish that the effect was real—electromagnetic (EM) radiation from radar could somehow be heard by human beings. The “hearing,” however, didn’t happen via normal sound waves perceived through the ear. It occurred somewhere in the brain itself, as EM waves interacted with the brain’s cells, which generate tiny electrical fields. This idea came to be known as the Frey effect, and it caused an uproar in the neuroscience community.
Frey observed two factors in how microwaves at low power could affect living systems. First, there was the carrier wave: a frequency of 1,900 megahertz, for example, the same frequency of many cell phones today. Then there was the data placed on the carrier wave—in the case of cell phones, this would be the sounds, words, and pictures that travel along it. When you add information to a carrier wave, it embeds a second signal—a second frequency—within the carrier wave. This is known as modulation. A carrier wave can support any number of modulations, even those that match the extra-low frequencies at which the brain operates (between eight and twenty hertz). It was modulation, Frey discovered, that induced the widest variety of biological effects. But how this happened, on a neuronal level, he didn’t yet understand.
